Prices are plus VAT Temporary Sub-Concession of the Berth (in case of non-use) If the berth is not continuously occupied by the vessel, Cala del Forte – with the holder’s consent and in compliance with port regulations – may proceed with the temporary sub-concession of the space. In such cases, 90% of the taxable income (excluding VAT) generated by third-party use will be recognized to the concession holder.
